Short Title:
An Act to further amend the act, approved the ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred twenty-nine (P. L. 177), entitled "Administrative Code of 1929," by creating, as a departmental administrative advisory board, the Coal Research Board in the Department of Mines, prescribing its organization, powers and duties, and making an appropriation.
