Short Title:
An act amending the first section of an act approved the seventeenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred thirteen, entitled "An act to provide revenue for state and county purposes and in cities co-extensive with counties for city and county purposes imposing taxes upon certain classed of personal property providing for the assessment and collection of the same; providing for the duties and compensation of prothonotaries and recorders in connection therewith and modifying existing legislation which provided for raising revenue for State purposes," by authorizing the return by the county of part of said taxes collected in cities of the second and third class and boroughs, towns, townships to such cities, boroughs, towns and townships.
