Short Title:
An Act requiring the State Treasurer to deduct the tax imposed by any first class city upon salaries, wages, and other compensation, paid to officers and employes of the Commonwealth domiciled or performing service within that city, and to make a return and remit the tax so deducted to the Revenue Commissioner of the city.
