Short Title:
A JOINT RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to section eleven, article three of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by providing that the Legislature may authorize increases in retirement allowances or pensions of employes who are members of a retirement or pension system now or hereafter enacted by the Commonwealth, its political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities.
