Short Title:
An Act making an appropriation to the Department of Agriculture to assist the Commonwealth's 4-H Club and Future Farmers of America dairy show program by paying the expenses of holding the six existing 4-H Dairy Club and F. F. A. district dairy shows and in addition a State Wide show to be held in the Fall of the year as preliminary to the State Farm Show.
