Short Title:
An Act creating a court of record in each judicial district to be known as "The Domestic Relation Court"; defining the powers of the said court with respect to the care, guidance, control, trial, placement and commitment of certain delinquent and neglected children, and of other persons contributing to or encouraging the delinquency, neglect and dependency of children; granting jurisdiction and powers to the said court in adoption divorce and nullification of marriages, maintenance desertion and nonsupport of women and children and the custody of children.
