Short Title:
An Act to further amend section two of the act, approved the twentieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred nineteen (Pamphlet Laws 521), entitled, as amended "Transfer Inheritance Tax Law," by limiting the extent to which certain debts of the decedent shall be considered as having been contracted for full consideration in money or money's worth.
