An Act authorizing the Department of Property and Supplies, with the approval of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission, to acquire by purchase or condemnation certain lands located in Brady Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania, on Route 8, about twelve miles north of the city of Butler; providing for the control, maintenance and improvement thereof; and making an appropriation.
