Short Title:
An Act amending clauses (1) and (2) of section 2 of the act of June 28, 1951 (P. L. 927), entitled "Lien Priority Law," provide that future advances made by a mortgagee, or by a grantee of a defeasible deed in the nature of a mortgage, up to the original amount of the mortgage or deed shall have the same priority and lien as the original mortgage or deed.
