Short Title:
An Act amending the act of May 28, 1915 (P. L. 503), entitled "An act requiring cities of the second class to establish a pension fund for employes of said cities, and regulating the administration and the payment of such pensions," providing for retention of rights and benefits under retirement systems of cities of the second class; providing pre-requisites for retention of such rights and benefits; and imposing duties on certain officials of free public libraries.
