Short Title:
An Act amending the act of January 14, 1952 (P. L. 2015), entitled "School Employes Retirement Law" A supplement to the act, approved the eighteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred seventeen (P. L. 1043) entitled 'School Employes Retirement Law', by extending certain benefits heretofore granted to school employes entering the armed forces of the United to certain other similarly qualified school employes," extending the provisions of the act to employes reemployed by any school district or vocational school district after service with the American Red Cross and other service organizations.
