An Act adopting an interpleader compact for the complete and expeditious adjudication of adverse claims to property in the hands of a stakeholder where one or more claimants are in different jurisdictions; and entering into the compact with other states; territories and possessions of the United States, the District of Columbia and states of the community of nations and component governmental units thereof that adopted the compact and are acceptable to this Commonwealth for the purposes of the compact.
