Short Title:
An Act providing for the incorporation as bodies corporate and politic of "Regional Service Districts" by adjoining counties; prescribing the rights powers and duties of the regional service districts; authorizing the regional service districts to perform regional governmental functions, which can be rendered more effectively on a regional basis and to acquire, construct, improve, maintain and operate projects, and to borrow money and issue bonds therefore and to apportion costs and expenses among counties and municipalities served; providing for the payment of the bonds and rights of the holders thereof; conferring the right of eminent domain on the regional service districts; authorizing the regional service districts to enter into contracts with and to accept grants from the Federal Government or any agency thereof.
