An Act amending the act of April 29, 1937 (P. L. 551), entitled, "An act prohibiting the employment of miners, as herein defined, in the bituminous coal mines, unless certificated by a miner's examining board; providing for the appointment of such boards, and defining their powers and duties; providing penalties; and making an appropriation," increasing per diem compensation of members of miners' examining boards.
