Short Title:
An Act amending the act April 9, 1929 (P.L. 177), entitled "Administrative Code of 1929" changing the name of the Department of Mines to the Department of Mines and Mineral Industries and changing the title of the head of said department from Secretary of Mines to Secretary of Mines and Minerals Industries; further providing that where the term or reference shell be deemed to refer to and include respectively the term "Department of Mines and Mineral Industries" and "Secretary of Mines and Mineral Industries."
