Short Title:
An Act providing for the construction, transportation installation maintenance, marking, use and inspection of liquefied compressed gas tanks and containers; prohibiting the filling of the refilling of the tanks and containers unless designed for the purpose; authorizing the Department of Labor and Industry to prescribe uniform regulations for the carrying out of the provisions of this act; requiring fees for permits, and providing penalties.
