An Act amending the act of May 21, 1943 (P.L. 822), entitled "An act providing for the insurance of certified copies of death, birth and marriage certificates, and divorce decree by county officers, free of charge to disabled was veterans and their dependents in death and compensation cases; and prescribing penalties,' extending its provisions to veterans of armed conflicts.
