Short Title:
An Act further amending the act, approved the ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred twenty-nine (Pamphlet Laws 343), entitled "Fiscal Code," making certain information regarding refunds available for public inspection, changing certain provisions as to the imposition and remission of penalties, and granting of refunds, and clarifying provisions as to settlements.
