AN ACT authorizing photostating, photographing, micrographing, microfilming or other mechanical processing of court records on file ten years or more and the destruction or other disposition of the originals and of records on file twenty-five years or more without reproduction; making such copies and copies thereof admissible in evidence; and providing for sale of copies and the transfer of custody of certain originals.
