"READINGER"

An Act to further amend sections twenty and twenty-one of the act approved the first day of June one thousand eight hundred eighty-nine (Pamphlet Laws 420) entitled "A further supplement to an act entitled "A further supplement to an act entitled 'An act to provide revenue by taxation' approved the seventh day of June Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred seventy-nine" by requiring additional reports and changing the due date of certain payments of capital stock tax and franchise tax and changing the gross receipts fraction applicable to foreign corporations.
