Short Title:
An Act to amend section two hundred one of the act, approved the eighteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred forty-nine (P. L. 512), entitled "Fiduciaries Act of 1949," by changing the amount of wages or salary which an employer may pay to a deceased employee's spouse, or other certain persons whether or not a personal representative has been appointed.
