Short Title:
An Act to amend section seventeen of the act approved the twenty-ninth day of March one thousand eight hundred three (Pamphlet Laws 542) entitled "An act to establish a Board of Wardens for the port of Philadelphia and for the regulation of pilots and pilotages and for other purposes therein mentioned" by permitting second class pilots to pilot vessels drawing twenty-seven feet of water or under and permitting third class pilots to pilot vessels drawing twenty-three feet of water or under.
