Short Title:
An Act adopting an interpleader compact for the complete and expeditious adjudication of adverse claims to property in the hands of a stakeholder where one or more claimants are in different jurisdictions and entering into the compact with other states, territories and possessions of the United States and District of Columbia that adopt the compact and are acceptable to this Commonwealth for the purposes of the compact.
