"MIHM", "FROST"

A Supplement to the act approved the eighteenth day of July one thousand nine hundred seventeen (P. L. 1043) entitled "School Employes Retirement Law" by permitting any State employe who is a contributor under the provisions of the State Employes' Retirement System and who was an employe under the Public School Employes' Retirement System and who was an employe under the Public School Employers' Retirement System and make contributions to the Public School Employes' Retirement Fund on account of such public school service to obtain credit for such service to become a member of and a contributor in the Public School Employes' Retirement Fund and to receive credit for such State service under certain conditions.
