Short Title:
A Supplement to the act approved the twenty-seventh day of June one thousand nine hundred twenty-three (Pamphlet Laws 858) entitled, "State Employes' Retirement Law" by permitting any State employe as a contributor under the provisions of the State Employes' Retirement System and who was an employe under the Pubic School Employes Retirement System of the Commonwealth and made contributions to the Public School Employes' Retirement Fund on account of such public school service to become a member of and a contributor in the Public School Employes' Retirement Fund and to obtain credit for service in the State Employes' Retirement System under certain conditions.
