An Act to amend the act approved the eighteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred forty-nine (P. L. 512), entitled "Fiduciaries Act of 1949," by further limiting the powers of registers of wills to issue letters testamentary or of administration in certain cases and providing for further duties of personal representatives.
