An Act to amend the act approved the twentieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred nineteen (P. L. 521) entitled "Transfer Inheritance Tax Law," by providing for the allowance of deductions in certain cases and by clarifying the procedure for the determination of the allowability of deductions.
