Short Title:
An Act amending the act of July 28, 1953 (P. L. 723), entitled "Second Class County Code," authorizing employes of departments of health of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, cities of the second and third class, boroughs, and townships upon application to become members of the county retirement system upon becoming county employes, providing for payments by the employes and former employers into the county retirement fund.
