Short Title:
An Act to amend the preamble and section one of the act, approved the twentieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred fifty-three (Appropriation Act No. 75-A), entitled "An act making an appropriation to the Department of Property and Supplies for the construction of armory facilities under certain conditions," by providing that the Federal Government pay a portion of the cost of each facility.
