Short Title:
An Act promoting safe boating, water skiing and similar activities upon the waters of this Commonwealth; establishing educational programs; improving waterway facilities and regulating the operation and equipment of vessels; conferring powers and imposing duties on the Department of Forests and Waters, the Department of Revenue, and the Boating Board therein created; prescribing penalties for violation; making an appropriation from the General Fund to the Boating Fund of the Department of Forests and Waters for use of the Boating Board; and providing for the reimbursement of the General Fund.
