"BELL"

An Act to promote the welfare of the people of this Commonwealth creating The Port of Chester Authority as a body corporate and politic with power to acquire, construct, maintain and operate projects for the improvement and development of the port district and to collect tolls, fares, fees, rentals and charges for the use thereof, defining its powers and duties, authorizing the issuance of bonds for said authority, defining the port district and granting the right of eminent domain within the port district.
