Short Title:
An Act amending the act of June 27, 1947 (P. L. 1095), entitled as amended, "Anthracite Strip Mining Law," providing that forfeitures for failure or refusal to comply with requirements for back-filling and other acts shall, upon request, be made available to county commissioners for performance of such acts, subject to rules and regulations of the Department of Mines and Mineral Industries.
