Short Title:
An Act amending the act of May 31, 1945 (P. L. 1198), entitled "Bituminous Coal Open Pit Mining Conservation Act," providing that forfeitures for failure or refusal to comply with requirements for back-filling and planting shall, upon request, be made available to county commissioners for performance of such acts, subject to rules and regulations of the Department of Mines and Mineral Industries.
