Short Title:
An Act amending the act of May 29, 1945 (P. L. 1108), entitled "An act authorizing the establishment, construction and maintenance of limited access highways and local service highways; . . . ," requiring the Department of Highways to install lighting at intersections on limited access highways and providing that such lighting be maintained by the municipality or township wherein the intersection is located.
