Short Title:
An Act authorizing the Department of Public Welfare with the approval of the Board of Trustees of the Connellsville State Hospital, to contract with the City of Connellsville and the Connellsville Municipal Authority for constructions, improvements and extensions to the sewerage collection system and treatment plant and the use thereof by the Connellsville State Hospital, and the payment of part of the cost and maintenance thereafter, and making an appropriation.
