Short Title:
An Act amending the act of May 21, 1931 (P. L. 149), entitled, as amended, "The Liquid Fuels Tax Act," making annual appropriations from the Motor License Fund to counties for payments to political subdivisions therein for snow removal, and providing that payments from such appropriations shall be subject to certain determinations by the Secretary of Highways.
