An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177), entitled "The Administrative Code of 1929," requiring the Department of Health to develop a program for the study, prevention, treatment and control of alcoholism, narcotic addiction and compulsive gambling; providing for the maintenance of a certain institution for said purposes, and making an appropriation.
