Short Title:
An Act amending the act of June 24, 1937 (P. L. 2051), entitled "Public Assistance Law," extending assistance to include hospitalization for certain aged persons; removing certain limitations on the receipt of assistance by aged persons; providing for a new plan for medical assistance for aged persons, and imposing powers and duties on the Department of Public Welfare in connection therewith; making an appropriation, and repealing certain existing laws.
