Short Title:
An Act to promote the welfare of the people of the Commonwealth by providing assistance to unemployed homeowners who cannot meet mortgage payments by reason of their unemployment; establishing the Home Mortgage Assistance Fund; imposing duties upon the Secretary of Commerce and certain courts; providing penalties, and making an appropriation.
