An Act amending the act of May 31, 1945 (P. L. 1198), entitled "Bituminous Coal Open Pit Mining Conservation Act," further regulating bituminous strip mining operations; changing provisions with respect to bonds, filing dates, reports, registration, backfilling and overburden, including certain persons within the provisions of the act, and providing for the use of funds in certain cases.
