An Act prescribing qualifications and the procedure for the admission of certain United States Senators, Congressmen and members of the General Assembly to practice as attorneys-at-law; creating a committee to be appointed by the Lieutenant Governor, the President pro tempore of the Senate, and Speaker of the House of Representatives to function in connection therewith and imposing duties on the prothonotary of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
