Short Title:
An Act amending the act of August 31, 1955 (P. L. 531), entitled "Pennsylvania Athletic Code," abolishing the State Athletic Commission; designating a deputy of the Department of State, appointed by the Secretary of the Commonwealth as the State Athletic Commissioner; providing for the use of employes of the Department of State to perform duties heretofore performed by the State Athletic Commission and authorizing use of Pennsylvania State Police for investigations.
