L. 30) entitled "Public School Code of 1949," changing limitations on driver-education expenses of the Department of Public Instruction; changing the basis of reimbursement by the Commonwealth on account of standardized driver-training programs; and extending provisions relating to driver-education programs to joint school organizations.
