An Act amending the act of June 24, 1939 (P. L. 872), entitled "The Penal Code," making it illegal to buy, sell, alter or attempt to obtain by fraudulent means a diploma, certificate, or similar instrument prohibiting certain fraudulent acts pertaining to licensing, registration or certification of any person and providing penalties.
